E.ON Energie has optimized its German sales structure substantially. Its nationwide electricity and gas business is coordinated centrally by E.ON Vertrieb Deutschland, which is domiciled in Munich. In turn, the company is made up of six regional sales companies as well as E WIE EINFACH and E.ON Energy Sales. Two shared service companies-E.ON Best Service und E.ON Service Plus-handle back-office service operations running the gamut from measuring station management and billing to customer relationship and claim management.
